Job Description
Surgical Case Consultant
You are responsible for carrying out the duties including: -Providing technical support to physicians and institutions. -Providing services in compliance with thecompanyQuality System Manual and Quality System Procedures (QSPs), and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the safety, health and environmental policies (provided during training).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Case Coverage Consultation with Physicians and Institutions: * Cover procedures as requested by field sales, coordinated through Regional Manager. * When requested, in-service surgeons, operating room staff and other hospital personnel on product use. * Effectively develop working relationship – build strong rapport with physicians and hospital/office personnel. * Read and utilize patient literature, fully understand anatomy, procedural steps and troubleshooting. * Effectively communicate technical information to customers as appropriate. * Maintain strong, cordial, and professional relationships with company employees and customer base to enhance business relationships. * Confirm schedule, physician, hospital, and other details with the Territory Manager. * Provide appropriate updates on the day following cases. * Submit timely expense and per diem payment request reports. * Exercise a high degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity. * Complete and comply with training, as outlined by company. * Demonstrated competence in all required companyproducts and procedures.
Skills/Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree, RN, Physicians Assistant, or Certified Medical Technician * Two plus years of medical device or Operating Room experience, preferred * Urological and or gynecological related experience preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills
