Our Memphis location is one of the most exciting in our family of restaurants. It's very common to hear remarks from our guests comments like, "Wow, this place is hopping," or "Oh my goodness, the excitement in here is contagious." We love the adrenaline rush of tackling the lunch and dinner time madness. When every table is full, the host/hostess station is mobbed with anxiously awaiting guests, and the kitchen is cranking on all cylinders, it's the attitude of our team that makes it all come together.
We are looking for servers, host/hostesses, and all front of the house staff.
Job Requirements :
* Attitude - - fresh, optimistic, enthusiastic, and service-laced - - you are here to serve our guests and provide them with an exceptional dining experience.
* Intelligence - - you don't need to be an Einstein, but you do need to be able to think quickly on your feet, and learn our menu inside and out.
* Adaptability - - you won't be successful as a lone wolf - - you will be a functioning member of the wolf pack, and you need to be willing to lend a helping hand to any teammate at any time.
* Availability - - we have a variety of shifts available - - most of our teammates work 25-40 hours per week including some weekends - - flexibility is key.
