We are currently seeking a qualified Member Engagement Manager to drive success in our Sales Department.
As a Member Engagement Manager, you will provide leadership, coaching, development, and direction to your sales team. You will maintain the Sales Department business plan and marketing strategies to increase membership sales and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Meet daily with Member Engagement Advisors one-on-one to review weekly and monthly sales and unit goals, assess individual performance, and review individual business plans
Mentor Member Engagement Advisors through role-playing, shadowing club tours, and standard operating procedures, giving them tools to improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills
Monitor revenue and unit totals daily to ensure Member Engagement Advisors are achieving or exceeding individual and team goals
Recruit, interview and train all new sales staff. Make hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and termination recommendations to the General Manager
Qualifications
College degree preferred
Proven success as a Member Engagement Advisor and/or Assistant Member Engagement Manager preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred
Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life
Computer savvy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
