Paramount Staffing, an equal opportunity employer, is currently sourcing for a Quality Lab Technician for one of our clients in the President's Island area.
Job Summary:
QA LAB TECHNICIAN
-Use of measuring equipment (i.e. Ruler, calipers)
-Report writing and presentation of Quality Reports
-Chemicals and Materials knowledge of metals a plus
-Ensure procedures followed for quality process of manufacturing, such as Shipping, Receiving, Lab Test, & Production Audit of products
-Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms where needed
-Sampling products for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data
-Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, products, or process quality reliability
-Compiles and conducts training sessions on quality control activities
-Ensures quality control procedures to be executed throughout the manufacturing line and continuously improves these processes
