No City Memphis State TN Description Performs a variety of routine and some nonroutine clerical functions in accordance with standard procedures. Inputs data into a system. Produces reports for others. Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems. Under minimum supervision, this level employee performs assignments that are varied and moderately complex. The employee exercises judgment in performance of tasks, referring unusual cases to a supervisor Prepares complex various reports on an ad-hoc or regular basis.
Assists customers with questions and provides answers, referrals, or solutions Process paperwork required for assigned area. Participate and help lead special projects as assigned by supervisor and/or area manager.
Requirements/Education/Experience: . College Graduate preferred. High School graduate or similar certificate and equivalent experience in the related field acceptable. . 4 + years related experience . Strong time management and organizational skills evidenced in previous assignments. . Knowledge of most common vendor documents - title work, appraisals, flood determinations, lien searches. . Knowledge of loan documents and requirements . Knowledge of consumer banking, lending and loans. . Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, etc. . Systems-related knowledge (CLAS, ALS, Outlook, CIF, etc.) . Self-starter, works with minimal direction . Strong verbal and written communication skills, . Strong negotiation skills . Interpersonal skills and team orientation . Service orientation . Ability to meet deadlines . Ability to coach and mentor team members . Completion of Consumer Lending Processor III Certification (future)
