Description
Job Description: The Military Readiness Analyst (SAPR) will support the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program in assisting the Command Naval Installation Command (CNIC) Headquarters, Counseling, Advocacy and Prevention Program Manager and his staff. As directed, the Military Readiness Analyst will: * Represent the CNIC Program Manager on accreditation or inspection teams, working group or assistance visits. * Support the Navy's Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Case Management System. * Participate in multi-level working groups. * Prepare draft reports, information/development papers and executive summaries * Support/deliver web-based training for new/current Sexual Assault Response Coordinators at the Navy's Fleet & Family Support Centers. * Develop curriculum and program implementation guidance to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the SAPR Program. * Assess program effectiveness, maintaining accurate statistical framework for program data collection and reports. * Respond quickly and professionally to new requirements. * Perform HQ-level program analyses and conduct management briefings to supervisory personnel * Conduct research into directives, instructions, policies and law that effect the Navy’s CAP programs and provide useful information in these areas to decision-makers and the field. * Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: * Master's Degree in Social Services or Human Services related field coupled with a minimum of 3+ years relevant experience;ORa Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or Human Services related field coupled with a minimum of 5+ years relevant experience. * Experience in sexual assault program and policy development. * Knowledge of family violence dynamics, sexual assault, local community resources, and federal and state laws pertaining to domestic violence, sexual assault and family law for reporting requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong written and verbal skills, analytical assessment skills, and effective communication.
