Position Information:
The Marketing Specialist Advisor under limited supervision provides leadership and marketing expertise to develop and implement new International programs and services particularly for the EMEA region. The advisor will champion the market position for the EMEA region on global cross functional and multi-cultural teams through the product development cycle, including development of all elements of the marketing mix; positioning, pricing and go-to-market plan.
Preferred skills: * Innovative, results-oriented, self-starter, capable of coordinating numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment * Proven track record in delivering solutions to complex international business problems * Experience in product development and product/portfolio management * Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and multi-cultural teams to translate customer needs and technology direction into service * Demonstrated knowledge of marketing disciplines and information analysis with ability to gather, interpret and integrate financial, operational and competitor data into strategic assessment. * Demonstrated strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills. * Ability to skillfully and creatively navigate organizational and/or resource constraints * Ability to travel internationally
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in marketing, communications or related business discipline. Typically has more than 5 years work experience in marketing, sales, sales administration or related discipline. Demonstrated knowledge of marketing disciplines and information analysis. Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives. Experience in database marketing, telemarketing, promotions, pricing and financial analysis preferred. Strong human relations, communication, organizational and analytical skills.
