Complete Description: Sources and screens applicants to fill job vacancies for high-volume, mostly administrative support and entry level jobs. Works with hiring managers throughout interview process to establish recruiting strategies and determine a candidate profile for each position. Identifies viable candidates for open positions. Reviews and evaluates applicants work history, education, training, and other qualifications.
Responsibilities 1. Sources candidates for high volume position openings 2. Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates for assigned positions 3. Teams with hiring managers to determine plans to identify candidates including applicant tracking database searches, job board key word searches and telephone/web mining. 4.
