Career Description:
Greets, registers, and assign rooms to guest. Issue room keys and escort instructions to bellhop. Date stamps, sorts, and rack incoming mail and messages. Transmits and receive telephone messages. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Keeps records of room availability and guests’ accounts. Computes bill, collect payment, and make change for guest. Makes and confirms reservations. Post charges such as room, food, liquor, to ledger. Deposits guests’ values in hotel safe or safe deposits.
Career Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous Experience with hotel/reservations preferred
