Job Description: The Center for Occupational Testing Services is seeking a 3rdshift Supervisor for the Southaven, MS location! This position will have hours from 4:00am – 12:30pm, Sunday and Wednesday - Saturday. The Supervisor will provide leadership in the Certification and QC operations departments for a NLCP Catergory IV Forensic Toxicology Laboratory. In addition to the day to day supervision of department personnel and procedures, the Supervisor role will include: maintaining quality assurance and quality control program for the laboratory; maintaining total quality of confirmation operations and reported results in accordance with NLCP guidelines; providing technical training to employees; serving as an expert witness; positive certification; and other administrative tasks as requested by Management.
