No City Memphis State TN Description Responsible for understanding and documenting the current-state of the company's application and infrastructure environments and developing future-state architecture aligned with business objectives, policies, and architecture standards. This position will have a focus on the Retail and Corporate Banking lines of business.
Responsibilities include: . Maintain an understanding of the retail and corporate banking processes and the application systems that support them . Maintain an understanding of external Financial Industry regulatory requirements from the OCC, FFIEC, FDIC, etc., internal IT Audit points, and their impact on business processes and solution design . Define and maintain architecture principles, policies, standards necessary to drive/support business aligned IT strategies . Define and enforce architecture standards and strategy alignment through governance controls in PMO, Change Management, and Procurement processes . Solution architect for design/review activities throughout corporate projects including requirements definition, analysis, architectural modeling, POCs, etc. . Educate business and IT teams on architecture standards and strategies that impact technology investments. . Maintain architecture documentation on applicable application portfolio, assists in maintaining the master configuration repository for those assets . Lead vendor product RFP and selection processes . Reports to Manager of Enterprise Architecture. Collaborates with various IT teams, business unit representatives, and other Enterprise Architects for company-wide views of projects, objectives and standards
Requirements Requirements include: . 10+ years experience with application systems design and integration . 5+ years experience with Retail and Corporate Banking functions and the associated business processes and activities is required. . Experience with infrastructure systems (distributed systems/network and mainframe concepts) . Experience with architectural modeling: Systems/network architecture, application architecture, business process modeling, UML, etc. . Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management . Capable of communicating complex technical concepts to business and IT teams in support of project or strategic objectives
