Director of Manufacturing Operations
Manufacturer is currently seeking a Director of Operations. This role will report directly to the General Manager.
This position will be overseeing a $25mm plant with over 75 employees. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading change and capitalizing on our existing resources to grow and become a $85mm business over the next 5 years.
Candidates must posess a BS degree in Business, Engineering, or any other related fields. A MS in Business Management or MBA is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a management role. Candidates must also have experience in metals and/or plastics production, no chemicals. Experience sourcing materials from Asia is another requirement.
